Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the axial sealing and controllability of exhaust rate in the fluidized furnace by providing a pressure reducing means in an exhaust passage to evacuate the inside of the exhaust passage. CONSTITUTION:In the exhaust passage 7 of the fluidized furnace, there is provided the pressure reducing means at one end through a branched pipe 8a and at the other end through an air feeding pipe 10. The pressure reducing means 8 comprises an air executer 8b for extracting the air inside, an air extracting pipe 8c, and an air filter 8d. The pressure reducing means 8 extracts the pressure inside of the furnace so as to decrease the inside to be of negative pressure. Accordingly, the axial sealing part is applied with only a low pressure, which can improve the sealingness at the axial sealing part. Further, the moving speed of uncombustibles through the exhaust passage 7 can be controlled, resulting in an improved controllability of the exhaust rate.
