Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily control the three-stage positions of a driving shaft by controlling the negative pressure of two negative pressure sources.
CONSTITUTION: The first negative pressure chamber 3 is made up of the first bellow diaphragm 2 and a box 1a, the second negative pressure chamber 9 is made up of the second bellow diaphragm 8 and the first bellow diaphragm 2, and a driving shaft 15 is fixed to the second bellow flame 8. Thus, the driving shaft 15 can be controlled three-stepwise its position by introducing a negative pressure to the negative pressure chamber 9 through a negative pressure inlet pipe 11, introducing a negative pressure into the first negative pressure chamber through a negative pressure inlet pipe 4, or introducing a negative pressure concurrently into both the first and second negative pressure chamber 3 and 9, so that the position of the driving shaft can be easily controlled.
