Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate a control over a flow rate of fluid by a method wherein a valve body is formed by a closed body of which volume may be varied. CONSTITUTION:Gas or liquid is supplied in a closed valve body 4 by a pressure supplying pipe 5. The closd valve body 4 is expanded to reduce an area of passage of a passage 2 and then a flow rate of the fluid passing through the passage 2 is reduced. When the pressure is continued to be supplied, the valve body 4 completely closes the passage 2 and a flow of the fluid is completely shut off. Then, either gas or liquid contained in the valve body 4 is discharged out through the pressure supplying pipe 5 and the valve body 4 is shrinked, resulting in that an area of the passage is increased and a flow rate of the fluid is increased. When the pressure supplying part of the pressure supplying pipe 5 is provided with means for keeping a supplying pressure constant so as to keep a condition of the volume of the valve body 4 constant, thereby it is possible to vary the flow rate of the fluid in a stepless manner.
