Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the flowing condition in the reboiler from fluctuating and an unstable phenomenon from occuring during a low-load operation, by a method wherein the flow rate of a gas an outlet of an evaporation drum is detected and the opening of a flow control valve for the thermosiphon-type reboiler is regulated according to the detection.
CONSTITUTION: The gas flow rate at the outlet of the evaporation drum 1 is detected by a detector 2 for the gas flow rate, and the detection signal is inputted to a regulator 13 for the flow control valve 11 at the inlet of the reboiler 2 to regulate the opening of the valve 11 at a preset value. Accordingly, an optimum recirculation flow rate is maintained.
