Abstract
PURPOSE: To achieve the temperature control for the cooling system of a given pressure, by controlling the opening of the pressure regulating valve in the primary cooling system for the cooling of cooled body, the revolving speed of the primary cooling liquid pump and that of the secondary cooling liquid pump in interlocking with it.
CONSTITUTION: When the load of the cooled body 1 or the temperature of the secondary cooling water 4 is lowered than the designed value, the inlet pressure of the primary cooling water 2 to the cooled body 1 is kept almost at constant so that it can not be lowered than the specified value and the adjustment of the outlet temperature is made with the flow rate of the primary cooling water pump 3 to make the load of the pump 3 to required minimum value. In this case, the pressure and temperature are detected at the detectors 7 and 8, they are compared and processed with the set signal by the controller 9, and the opening of the automatic pressure regulating valve 10 and the revolving speed of the primary cooling pump 3 are automatically controlled with the thyristor inverter. The secondary cooling pump 5 is interlocked with the primary cooling pump 3 to change the revolving speed.
