Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent malfunctions and to improve the operating efficiency of a condenser by controlling the first valve when the comprehensive cooling water quantity signal based on the difference between the setting value of the cooling water quantity and an actual cooling water quantity is below the highest limit of the quantity of the cooling water circulating in the condenser, and controlling the second valve by the excess when the comprehensive cooling water quantity signal is above that.
