Abstract
PURPOSE: The driving time of a pump installed in a building is shortened by providing a by-pass pipe fitted with a valve to the pump to control the start and stop of the pump and opening and closing of the valve.
CONSTITUTION: While a load-side pressure adjusting valve 9 is controlled in opening by adjusting by means of a load-side differential pressure adjuster 13 the signal of a load-side differential pressure transmitter 12 detecting the difference of internal pressure between a feed pipe 10 and a return pipe 11 in a building, the heat supply water supplied through a regional feed pipe at a given pressure is fed to a regional return pipe 2 with the pressures within a prescribed range applied. Then, the signals from a flow meter 7 and a supply-side differential pressure transmitter 8 are fed to a subtractor 14, a load-flow read value is accepted and cascaded by a read value of return pressure difference, ON and OFF signals for a pump 4 are fed to a monitor switch 15, and at the same time a valve 6 fitted on a by-pass pipe 5 is subjected to opening and closing follow-up control. Thereby, motive power can be decreased without causing pressure change in system.
