Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the accident due to freezing by arranging a control circuit which is controlled by a temperature detector and constituting the apparatus so that a water feeding valve closes and a drain valve opens when the temperature is below a fixed value.
CONSTITUTION: In normal usage, a water feeding cock 2, hot water feeding cock 17 and a gas feding cock 25 are in open, and the valve plate 5 of a water feeding valve 3 opens an opening port 6, and the valve plate 7 of a drain valve 4 closes an opening port 8. Thus, a control circuit 13 performs control so that a solenoid 10 pulls up a shaft 9. When the hot water feeding cock at the top end of a hot water feeding pipe 16 opens, and cold water flows into a water passage 11 from a water feeding port 1, a water pressure difference is generated on both sides of a diaphragm 20, and a water pressure corresponding valve 22 opens a gas feeding port to feed gas. When the water passage 11 freezes, the solenoid 10 is operated by the control circuit 13, and the drain valve 4 is opened, and the water in the water passage 11 is discharged, and thus freezing is prevented.
