Abstract
PURPOSE: To check chilled water unavoidably accompanying the feeding of water from mixing into hot water being fed by dividing the inside of the hot water storge tank into a hot water feeding chamber and a water feeding chamber.
CONSTITUTION: The inside of a hot water storge tank 2 is divided into a hot water feeding chamber A and a water feeding chamber B with a separation plate 9 which is provided with a normally open check valve 10 adapted to close in a water feeding state and communicate to the chambers A and B in a heat receiving state. In this manner, a solar heat hot water apparatus is formed. With such an arrangement, when with a hot water feed valve 4 opened, hot water on the hot water feeding chamber side A is allowed to flow out, the check valve is closed by a difference in the pressure between chambers A and B. Hot water stored thereafter flows in the route of the water feeding chamber B, a connection pipe 7, a heat collecting tank 1, a connection pipe 8, the hot water feeding chamber A, and a hot water feed pipe 5. This checks immediate mixing of low temperature water fed from a cistern 3 with the hot water on the hot water feeding chamber side A, thus preventing a drop in the temperature of the hot water when being fed
