Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a clogging of a pipe due to a back flow of a slurry of inorganic materials by providing a check valve at a blowing-off part of a steam pipe of the titled device. CONSTITUTION:When synthesizing the slurry of inorganic materials in a high- temperature high-pressure reaction vessel, a tapered baffle plate 6 is fixed to the inside wall of the blowing-off part of the steam pipe 4 of the device, and the rotatable check valve 7 is fixed to the outlet side of the baffle plate 6. The check valve 7 prevents the back flow of the slurry which might otherwise occur at the time of cooling after heating by blowing steam. Accordingly, clogging of the steam pipe by the inorganic material can be prevented.
