Abstract
PURPOSE:To preclude catalytic function and heat transmitting efficiency from losses in such a way that a secondary fluid flow passage is made its path through the inside of a heat transmitting pipe, a primary fluid flow passage goes passing through the inside of outer sleeve outside the heat transmitting pipe in order to hold solid particle in the primary fluid passage together with providing catalytic parts inside the flow passage. CONSTITUTION:In concurrence of providing a secondary fluid inlet port 11 at one extremity and a secondary fluid outlet port 12 at the other extremity with dividing the inside of a hollow axle 1 into a hollow axle 15 on the inlet port side and a hollow axle 17 on the outlet port side with use of a sluice plate 14, a primary fluid inlet port 18 is provided outside the hollow axle 17 on the outlet port side, and a primary fluid outlet port 20 provided outside the hollow axle 15 on the inlet port side. Catalytic parts are provided on the inner surface of the primary fluid passage outside a water pipe 9, the surface of a baffle plate 27, the inside of a side plate 29, and the surface of the hollow axle 1 or the water pipe 9, solid particle, such as sand or another is put in the primary fluid flow passage. Thus, the primary fluid is exchanged with the secondary fluid under heat, at the same time, NOx in the waste gas gets denitrified by catalytic reaction, adhered material is removed by tumbling operation of solid particle, to improve the heat transmission and catalytic efficiency.
