CONSTITUTION:When a CPU11 outputs a period (g) shorter than a prescribed period (d), since an output pulse width (e) of a retrigger monostable multivibrator 16 is greater than the period (g) to each trigger input, an output E is at high state. Thus, a monostable multivibrator 17 taking the output E as an input has durable output of low state, and an AND circuit 19 outputs a reset pulse with an inverted output of the monostable multivibrator 17 with the output pulse of the CPU11.
