PURPOSE:To prevent a malfunction caused by a gentle variation of a signal, by inserting a leakage resistance in a steady state, in an automatic recovering type switching circuit. CONSTITUTION:In case when a detecting signal DT is V1 in a steady state, an output S1 of an operational amplifier 10 becomes as shown in the expression on the right, and it is inputted to a negative input terminal of an operational amplifier 13. A0 shown in the right expression denotes an open loop gain of the operational amplifier 10. Subsequently, to a positive input terminal of the operational amplifier 13, the detecting signal DT is inputted through a filter 12 after its voltage has been dropped by a variable resistor VR10, therefore, an output S3 of the operational amplifier 13 becomes binary ''L''. As a result, a transistor Q3 of a switching circuit 15 is turned off and a relay 14 is cut off. Also, the output S3 is inverted by an inverter NT and becomes ''H'', and since a resistance R15 as a leakage resistance is inserted in parallel with a capacitor C10, no malfunction occurs against a gentle variation of a signal.
