Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve overleak characteristics and to widen annealing temperature width by selecting the composition of Ni-Mo-Fe ternary alloy so that the relation of low Ni-low Mo, high Ni-high Mo may be obtained. CONSTITUTION:In a characteristic diagram showing the composition of Ni-Mo- Fe ternary alloy, a material having the composition in a triangle connected by three points of A (80% Ni-40% Mo-16% Fe), B (80.5% Ni-7% Mo-12.5% Fe), and C (81.8% Ni-6.7% Mo-11.5% Fe) is used as a magnetic core material. The magnetic core material has good overleak characteristics and temperature characteristics and annealing temperature width is 10 deg.C or more.
