CONSTITUTION:A heating heat exchanger 13 of a hot water supply device which joins a heat pump cycle heater, consisting of a compressor 1, a vaporizer 4, the heating heat exchanger 13 and an expansion system 3 which are connected with each other through a loop coolant piping, to a heat accumulating tank 6 through a circulation pump 21, is turned into a forced circulation method, while a water circuit and a coolant circuit are made to flow in confronting directions with each other, and maintaining of a temperature of hot water at an outlet of the heating heat exchanger 13 at more than a condensing temperature can be possible by a method wherein a temperature controlling system 16 is provided for the maintaining of the temperature of the hot water at the outlet of the heating heat exchanger 13 located on a water circuit side.
