Abstract

PURPOSE: To conserve energy in operating a system for heating, drying and cooling productive facilities, by heating a heating medium like water with a heat exchanger by air at a high-temperature section of an agricultural or horticultural plant or the like, and reserving the heated water in a heat accumulating tank for utilization of the same.
CONSTITUTION: Water heated in a heat exchanger 6 by not air introduced from an inlet port 12 at a high-temperature section of a plant is further heated by a solar- heat utilizing water heater 7 and reserved in a heat accumulating tank 1. Then, it is supplied to a ratiator 11 for utilizing the same for heating or drying air or other purposes. In case of using the system for cooling air, on the other hand, a hot-water chiller 8 is provided at the outlet of water heater 7 for producing cold water. The cold water reserved in tank 1 is circulated to radiator 11 for cooling air.
