Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the thermal efficiency of a system as a whole, by providing adjacent to a hothouse a preheating chamber housing a heat exchanger thereby preheating water to be filled in an energy collecting panel by overheated and over moisturized air from the hothouse through the heat exchanger.
CONSTITUTION: During the daytime on a fine day in winter, a valve 7A is opened, and water in a circulating water tank 6 is delivered to the energy collecting panel 1 to be heated by the solar energy, and is returned to the circulating water tank 6 to be stored therein. At night, the valve 7A is closed, a valve 7B is opened, and the hot water is delivered to a radiator 5 to warm the hothouse 4. If, in the daytime, the temperature and moisture within the hothouse 4 are increased excessively, the valves 7A, 7B, 7E are closed, the valves 7C, 7D are opened, and the pump 2 is worked, so that the water in the tank 6 is filled in the energy collector 1 through the heat exchanger 9 in the preheating chamber 8. At the same time, a fan 10 is worked to deliver the air in the hothouse 4 to the preheating chamber 8 to subject the air to heat exchange with said water so that water to be filled in the energy collector is preheated.
