Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable the solar heat to be used until ranges of low temperatures and comfortable floor heating to be obtained corresponding to temperature change of high range of heat medium by a method wherein the heat medium heated by the solar heat and what is heated by an auxiliary heat source device are switched and controlled.
CONSTITUTION: A solar heat collector 22 and a heat accumulator 23 for room heating are connected by piping and the heat medium is circulated by a circulating pump 24 to collect and accumulate the solar heat in the heat accumulating tank 23 for room heating. The auxiliary heat source device 26 is provided in parallel to this heat accumulating tank 23, the heat medium heated by the solar heat is controlled to be changed with the heat medium heated by the auxiliary heat source device 26 through a three-way valve 27 to make up a heat medium supply path 30 through which heat is supplied to the floor heater 29 by the circulating pump 28. A heat exchanger 31 and a flow control valve 32 are provided in this path 30. And the floor heater 35 by the solar heat is composed of a bypath pipe 33 going round both the heat exchanger 31 and a flow control valve 32 and a flow control valve 34 laid in this bypath 33. Said two flow control valves 32, 34 are controlled by a hot water detecting thermostat 36.
