Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a heating system, in which pipings for circulating heating midium is selectively short-circuited depending on the teperature difference between heating liquid and the panel surface hiving therein pipings for circulating heating medium, so as to automatically interrupt supply of hot water, whereby it is enabled to make an efficient use of solar heat.
CONSTITUTION: Heating liquid 5 is ordinarily circulated in the circuit starting from heating tank 1 and returning to the same via panels 2, 2'. When the surface of panel 2 is heated by solar heat 6 from window 12 and temperature on the surface of panel 2 becomes higher than the tempreature of heating liquid 5 circulated in pipe 4 which is extended in panel 2, it is detected by surface temperature sensor 7 and liquid temperature sensor 8 arranged in the panel 2, whereupon three-way electromagnetic valves 9, 9' are actuated by control means 13 and heating liquid circulating passage is short-circuited to flow the heating medium form panel via panel 2', electromagnetic valve 9', connecting pipe 10 and electromagnetic valve 9 to panel 2. Thus, it is enabled to make an efficient use of solar heat and to keep the surface temperature of panel 2 always constant
