PURPOSE: To provide a hot water supplying and heating apparatus equipped with a solar energy apparatus and a heat pump apparatus, wherein when cooling heat accumulation is completed during the cooling, and when the hot water temperature in a hot water reservoir for hot water supply by the heat pump is lowered to a prescribed value, hot water supply and heating by the heat pump apparatus can be performed.
