Abstract
PURPOSE:To recover heat of a waste gas as energy in a liquid, by making the pressure in a water tank filled with water negative using a vacuum pump, and sucking a waste gas from an incinerator or the like into the water to be bubbled into the water by the negative pressure thereby the gas is caused to directly contact with the water, and the heat exchange with the water is carried. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum pump 3 is driven to make the inside of a water tank 1 negative. By this negative pressure, the waste gas in an incinerator 15 is discharged as bubbles 11 into water 2 through an air pipe 10, an discharge pipe 8 and discharge apertures 9. Due to the direct contact of the bubbles 11 with the water 2, the heat in the waste gas is absorbed into the water 2 so that the water 2 is heated. The waste gas is then exhausted by a vacuum pump 3. The heated water 2 is supplied via a valve 5 and a pump 6 to be suitably used, and then is returned to a return port 7. According to the arrangement, the heat in a waste gas from for example an incinerator can be recovered to heat a liquid such as water.
