Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency by introducing sealing oil from the output of a recirculation pump of a vacuum tank to a filter unit, cleaning it, returning it again to the vacuum tank, and cleaning the oil simultaneously during oil flushing of individual tanks, pipes or the like. CONSTITUTION:In a device for supplying sealing oil from a sealing oil circulation system having a sealing oil treating unit 2, an air extraction tank 4, an expansion tank 5, and a float trap 6 to the shaft seal 3 of a rotary electric machine 1, a pipe 14 is connected to the pipe 13 at the outlet of a recirculation pump 9 of a vacuum tank 7 in the treating unit 2, and sealing oil is passed through a filter unit 11 separately provided. After the sealing oil is cleaned in the filter unit 11, it is again returned via the pipe 15 to the vacuum tank 7. Thus, the sealing oil can be cleaned in the state that the vacuum tank 7 is maintained in vacuum.
