On the bottom of the lower half part of the inner wheel chamber 11, a drainage port 18 is formed. As a result of this, the steam and the hot water which come out from the terminal moving blade 5 are separated by a centrifugal force, and the hot water dispersed outside is caught by the drain catcher 20.
