Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of oscillated digital noise, by feeding back the output positively to each comparator to give a hysteresis. CONSTITUTION:Positive feedback resistances RF1, RF2, RF3... and base resistances RB1, RB2, RB3... are connected additionally to respective comparators. Resistance values are so selected that the magnitude of a hysteresis which can be generated by output inversion of one comparator is about 1 LSB (Least Significant Bit). As the result, the input/output characteristic shown in figure is obtained. The feedback resistance RF must be led out immediately from the collector side of a transistor Qn'. If the feedback resistance RF is led out from the succeeding part of the amplifier of an emitter follower or the like in the succeeding logical operation circuit, a new parasitic oscillation is probably caused by the influence of the delay time of the amplifier.
