PURPOSE:To obtain the side-tone preventive effect by applying the damped voltage of an input signal between the base and emitter of an amplifying transistor during a call and by reducing its error voltage. CONSTITUTION:While an audio signal having electric power amplified is transmitted from terminal L1 and L2 to subordinate equipment 5 after passing through capacitor C3 and resistor R7, the emitter circuit of transistor TR1 is applied with a signal damped at a constant rate. The base circuit, on the other hand, is applied with a signal, damped at a constant rate from the output of amplifier 3 by way of resistors R6 and R5 and a voltage appearing at receiver R is extremely small, obtaining the side-tone preventive effect.
