Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid the excessive reactive power, by accelerating the detecting period for the increasing conditions of the number of devices compared with the normal mode in the time band where the load is suddenly increased. CONSTITUTION:The signal TR given from a timepiece device is set at 1 in a period during which the load is suddenly increased. For the control clock TC, the level of the reactive power is compared by a comparator CM1 and in the period of an oscillator. Then a capacitor is added when the increasing conditions is satisfied. The signal TR is set at 0 after the period when the load is suddenly increased, and the synchronism of the control clock is increased by the function of a counter 5 to prevent the increase of the switching frequency of a capacitor which is caused by a short-period fluctuation of the load.
