Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the controlling circuit of an ignition phase by a method wherein a phase synchronizing circuit, with the oscillation frequency which is a multiple of the AC power source frequency, is provided and a gate signal is obtained by counting, dividing and decoding the signal outputted from said circuit. CONSTITUTION:A voltage controlling oscillator 11 is controlled by the signal 10a outputted from an integrator 10, it generates a signal 11a having the oscillation frequency multiple times as many as the frequency of an AC power source and said signal 11a is counted and divided by counters 12 and 13. A signal 15a is outputted when signals 12a and 17a and a reference signal EC are compared with a digitized signal 14a by a comparator 15 and both of them are coincided with, and a 12- phased gate signal 18a is obtained by counting the signal 15a using a counter 16 and by decoding the output signal 16a with the distributor 18. Through these procedures, the phase controlling device is not increased or complicated in proportion to the increase of the phase number of the counters and also the reliability of the device can be improved.
