CONSTITUTION:An iron case 18 of predetermined shape is fixed in the interior of a stator frame 12, and a stator winding 14 is temporarily fixed in the case 18. Thereafter, liquid material in which iron powder and thermoplastic resin are mixed is filled from an inlet 20, is thermally cured, and a stator iron core 16 is formed. Thus, the diamter phi1 of the opening of the frame 12 can be formed smaller than the outer diameter phi2 of the stator iron core 16, thereby reducing the size thereof.
