Abstract

PURPOSE:To construct an induction electromagnetic device having a simple construction by molding a bobbin on which a coil is wound with resin mixed with magnetic powder and omitting an iron core, a case and a filler or the like. CONSTITUTION:A coil 2 is wound on a bobbin 1 to construct a coil element 3. The bobbin 1 is formed of a hollow cylinder 4 and collars 5 connected to both ends of the cylinder 4, and the coil 2 is wound on the outer periphery of the cylinder 4. The bobbin 1 is so molded as to surround the inner and the outer peripheries thereof with resin 6 mixed with magnetic powder. The resin 6 is molded by installing the bobbin 1 on which the coil 2 is wound in a mold and filling the resin 6 in the mold. With the above construction, the resin 6 is mixed with the magnetic powder, and therefore the molded resin 6 thus prepared performs as a magnetic path.
