Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a high inductance by eliminating a leakage flux by a method wherein a coil is contained in a magnetic body to form a one body structure. CONSTITUTION:A coil 6 is contained in a magnetic body 7 to form a one body and terminal electrodes 8 are pulled out of both terminal parts. This one body molding can be performed for example in a way wherein the coil 6 is set in a plastic metallic mold, ferrite powder material is filled in the metallic mold, and it is applied with pressure to form a molded body. By performing in this way, a leakage flux is eliminated by means of a magnetic body 7 existing at the outer peripheral area of a coil and an effective flux can be increased and further a high inductance element in accordance therewith can be obtained, thus, making the size smaller.
