Abstract
PURPOSE:To surely, cheaply and efficiently fix a shading coil without using an expensive material, by fitting the shading coil on a magnetic pole face so that both the ends of the coil are protruded from both the sides of a core and by providing molding resin to surround the core and the shading coil. CONSTITUTION:A shading coil 4 is tightly fitted in a groove 3 on each magnetic pole face 2 of a fixed core 1. A coil 5 is inserted into the core 1. They are then put in a casing 6. Molding resin 7 such as epoxy resin excellent in electric insulating and heat-resisting properties is injected and set so that the coils 4, 5 are secured together. Both the ends of the shading coil 4 are previously bent downwards.
