Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the instrumental error, facilitate the maintenance and increase the degree of analyzing accuracy of an optical analyzer by providing a regulating means for the transmitted light beam angle. CONSTITUTION:The central wavelength and transmitted light beam angle characteristics of each interference filter 6 at a transmitted light beam angle theta=0 are previously obtained and spacers 15 and 15' according to them are prepared. Then, the interference filters 6 are mounted on a filter holder 14 by using the spacers 15 and 15' so that the transmitted light beam angle is theta (not equal to 0). Thereby, selecting the spacers 15 and 15' permits the transmitted light beam angle theta to change. Accordingly, the scatter in the spectral characteristics of the interference filters 6 is corrected, so that the spectral characteristics presenting a desired central wavelength can be obtained. Therefore, the instrumental error of the optical analyzer is reduced, the replacement of the interference filters 6 is facilitated and the degree of measuring accuracy is increased.
