Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable reducing of a device price, by a method wherein only cell assmeblies of an infrared gas concentration analyzer are located at each measuring spot, and others are commonly situated at a monitoring place to connect together them with an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:Cell assemblies 20A and 20B, consisting of a reference cell 4 and a sample gas cell 5, are located to each measuring place. In freared light sources 2, 3, a detector 6, an amplifier 7, and display recorder 9 are commonly situated at a monitoring place. Infrared rays from light sources 2 and 3 are selected by change-over switches 14, 15, respectively, through their respective optical fibers to suply them to each cell assembly. Transmission lights from the selected cell assemblies are changed over by change-over switches 25 and 26 through their respective optical fibers to supply them to a detector 6. As noted above, an expensive electric circuit component is commonly located at the monitoring place, and this enables reducing of a device price.
