Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress the variance of operating point due to power supply fluctuation, by providing a constant current transistor having the series resistor of emitter to the collecting circuit of a transistor of the output stage of upper and lower sides. CONSTITUTION:In comparison with conventional complementary push-pull circuits, to the collector circuit of transistors (TR) 15, 25 of the upper and lower output stages, PNP TR18 and NPN TR28 having emitter series resistors 19, 20 and of constant current type, are respectively inserted. If the power supply voltage VS increases and the current flowing to TR15 at the output stage is increased, the current of TR18 inserted to the collecting circuit of TR15 is decreased to return the state to original condition. Similarly, it can be applied to TR28 at the lower side. Thus, the collector current of the output stage TRs 15, 25 is made constant against voltage variance. Thus, the output voltage withstands the variation of the power supply voltage strongly through strong constant current operation.
