Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily synchronize the processing of the same sequence, by coupling two microcomputers MPU which execute the same processing repeatedly by the offering equipments, respectively, and making the other computer generate the offering at the first stage of the same sequence processing, respectively.
CONSTITUTION: The process input 1 is input to the MPUs 2a, 2b, and the sequence required for controlling the plant is programmed and executed. The MPUs 2a, 2b make the other compute generater the offering at the first stage of the same sequence processing by each program by means of the offering equipments 3a, 3b, and also the offering from the other computer is stored as a flag in the internal memory of MPU. Each MPU is in a holding state until the offering of the other computer comes, and outputs the output processing signals 6a, 6b to the plant after confirming that the offering of the other computer has entered, and when both the signals have coincided by the AND circuit 4, the actual control signal 5 to the plant is output. In this way, the processing from both MPUs can be synchronized easily.
