CONSTITUTION:The undercut projections 2 are provided in parallel on the stator core 1 of a capacitor-start type motor making the bottom part of a slot 3 as a center. Therefore it is so formed magnetically as not to cut flux, and no effect is given to the electric characteristic. Concerning the automatic lamination of core, the projections 6 are fitted into a recess 7, and are laminated automatically being tightened automatically. By this way, the laminated core can be fixed directly at the same time with the core punching unnecessitating the previous performation of fixing by welding, rivet calking, etc.
