Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the smell generated at the time of welding, to economize electric energy and to improve the characteristics of the core by a method wherein a laminated end face section, where notches for protruded caulking metal fitting to be applied to both laminated end faces to each applicable end face on the laminated core main body, is spot-welded in the joined state of condition. CONSTITUTION:The prescribed number of unit plate are laminated and divided into a core main body 1a and both laminated end sections 1b and 1c, and the main body 1a is fixed in laminated condition with a caulking metal fitting A'. At this time, a warped protruding section 3 will be formed at both ends of the caulking metal fitting A', but notches 4 and 5 are provided by punching out in advance the protruding section 3 and the section contacted in polymerized condition, and by utilizing these notches, each protruding section 3 is processed so that they do not appear in the final assembling polymerized condition on the level end surface of both laminated end sections 1b and 1c. Then, these both laminated end sections 1b and 1c are joined together respectively on the upper end face A and the lower end face B of the core main body 1a which has been caulked, a resitance welding 6 is performed at several point on the end surface in joined condition and they are coupled with the core main body 1a into one unitary body.
