Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a discrepancy of the interval between magnetic poles of a linear pulse motor by a method wherein steel plates are punched in a shape providing a bridging part connecting two cores to form plural core plates, and after they are laminated and assembled, the bridging part is cut off. CONSTITUTION:The core piece 11 unifying two core parts 11a, 11b with the bridging part 11c in one body is formed by punching, end plates 12 being provided with axle holes 12a and caulking holes corresponding to a core 11x formed by laminating the core plates 11 are applied before and behind the core 11x, they are fixed with caulking pins 13, and are removed from a caulking jig. Then a permanent magnet 14 is joined to the face of the core 11x being on the opposite side to the magnetic poles, and moreover a magnetic body 15 is joined to the face of the permanent magnet 14 having not the core 11x. The bridging part 11cx of the core 11x is cut off next. Accordingly generation of the discrepancy of the interval between the magnetic poles can be prevented.
