Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to hole a couple of magnetic poles concentrically in parallel with precision by equipping in a holding cylinder a spacer interposed between a couple of magnetic pole pieces and a couple of magnetic poles pressing the couple of magnetic pole pices in the direction of the spacer.
CONSTITUTION: In cylinder 6, magnetic pole pieces 5 and 5' are fit sandwiching spacer 7. Since either or both of magnetic poles 3 and 3' are moved closer to each other, magnetic pole pieces 5 and 5' are pushed toward spacer 7 by magnetic poles 3 and 3' through buffer plates 8 and 8'. As a result, magnetic pole pieces 5 and 5' are put excellently in parallel agreeing with both flanks of spacer 7. Since magnetic pole pieces 5 and 5' are fit in cylinder 6, eccentricity between the both can greatly be reduced. Therefore, an every even magnetic field can be provided in space 9 surrounded with magnetic pole pieces 5 and 5' and spacer 7.
