Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the shortcircuit of a rotor bar by so pressing axially laminated iron plates that the burrs of the slots of the iron plates bite the adjacent iron plates when punched iron plates are laminated and a core is formed, thereby preventing the molten aluminum from invading between the iron plates. CONSTITUTION:When punched magnetic iron plates 2 are laminated to form a rotor core 1 having a skewed slot 3, the iron plates are so pressed a axially that the burrs 6 of the slots formed upon punching bite the adjacent iron plates. Since molten aluminum does not invade between the magnetic ion plates at the time of aluminum die casting in this manner, it can prevent the rotor bar from being shortcircuitted and can improve the characteristics of the rotor.
