Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to perform a high-speed automatic winding for each magnetic pole unit of the subject stator by a method wherein a projected magnetic pole section is formed independently and combined magnetic materials are laminated in such a manner that they can join together the joining section between the projected magnetic pole and the adjoining yoke. CONSTITUTION:The sections constituting an annular magnetic pole section of a split pieces 1a' and 1b' are laminated with alternations of a long-sized and short- sized sections and they are fixed to calking holes 4 and 4' using calking pins. The pole piece 7 formed in this manner is making a bobbin shape with a salient-pole section 1 and an opposing magnetic pole section 1d. In the same manner as above, split pieces 1a'' and 1b'' are laminated with alternations of a long-sized and a short- sized ones using the mounting hole 6 for a housing as a guide, they are fitted together with the pole piece 7, installed in such a manner that they are formed into a circular shape, and fixed by calking with a calking pin or using adhesive method or the like, making good use of calking holes 5 and 5'. Hence, the stator can be obtained easily and at a low cost as well.
