Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and to eliminate the disturbance of pitch and the cutting of thin wire, by winding a thin wire formed with a coating layer of brazing material on a frame then heating it to fuse the coating layer thereby not requiring much amount of expensive brazing material. CONSTITUTION:Thin wire of tungsten 2, for example, sequentially galvanized with two kinds of metals such as silver and copper, for example, to form silver and copper coated layers 4, 5 is wound and stretched on a frame 1 made of Mo, then it is heated in a heating furnace to fuse each coating layers 4, 5 on the thin wire 2 and to secure the frame 1 and the thin wire 2 through an alloy 6. Consequently expensive brazing material isn't required much amount, resulting in cost reduction while the disturbance of pitch and the cutting of thin wire can be eliminated completely.
