Abstract
PURPOSE:To make working volume per pulse of laser beam uniform by irradiating pulse laser beam on a part which generates an unbalance with rotor being rotated and sending this beam stepwise into the direction of rotor axis sequentially. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 9 consisting of laminated iron core is rotated and then detection signal is inputted to a control part 15 after measuring an unbalance value with the help of a sensor 14. In the control part 15, rotary phase angle position where an unbalance is generated, is input to a laser oscillation control power supply 16, controlling a pulse laser oscillator 1. Beam emitted from the pulse laser oscillator 1 is irradiated on the rotor 9 through a mirror cylinder 4. It is arranged so that a table 7 supporting the mirror cylinder 4 may be moved in the axial direction of rotor. Under this arrangement, it is caused to move stepwise at a signal from the control part 15. At that time, it is arranged in such manner that beam irradiation point may come right on each laminated iron plate 10, avoiding an insulated part.
