PURPOSE:To elevate a working efficiency by generating a laser pulse a prescribed time before the center of a part to be worked attains to the projection point of a laser beam for working, by a means for detecting the part to be worked, on the surface of a rotary body. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary body 8 is set to the bearing 11 and is rotated, the rotary body starts to vibrate since the bearing 11 is supported through the elastic member 12. This vibration is detected by the detector 14, and also simultaneously, rotary phase of the rotary body 8 is detected by the rotary phase detector 15. The working control circuit 16 detects a part to be worked, of the rotary body 8, and the timing by which its center passes through the irradiation point of a laser beam 6, by both signals, delays a rotary phase detection pulse by a prescribed time, and sends the delay pulse to the excitation electric power source 2 of the YAG laser 5. Since the laser beam 6 removes the part to be worked equally and also exactly, the working efficiency is elevated.
