Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent bad influence subjected during brazing thus to improve the practicality, by composing a strap ring with copper alloy body, first and second copper galvanized layers and a silver galvanized layer sequentially laminated on the surface of said copper alloy body. CONSTITUTION:An integrated anode 2 where an anode cylinder 7 and a vein 1 are integrated is jointed to an anode yoke 3, while the veins 1 are alternatively secured to a pair of inside and outside strap rings 4, 5. The strap rings 4, 5 are manufactured as follows. First copper galvanized layer 13 is formed on the surface of body 12 formed with copper alloy such as MCZ, electric copper, etc. then it is fixed to the body 12 and diffused to be annealed for about 10min under the temperature of 500-600 deg.C. Thereafter second copper galvanization is applied to form second copper galvanized layer 14 and finally silver galvanization is applied to form a silver galvanized layer 16.
