PURPOSE:To prevent burn-out of a main wiring and a voltage balancing wiring when a short-circuit trouble occurred on the main wiring circuit by a method wherein both ends of the voltage balancing wiring are led out to outside without connecting them and a fuse is provided on the circuit where the wirings are led out. CONSTITUTION:A high-tension wiring 2 is wound equally on a cores 1a and 1b, a low-tension wiring consists of a main wiring 3 and a subsidiary wiring 4, and the wiring 3 is wound on the core 1a and the wiring 4 is wound on the core 1b respectively. The voltage balancing wirings 5 and 5' consist of the wiring 5' which is wound on the core 1a and the wiring 5 which is wound astriding over the cores 1a and 1b, and a fuse 8 is provided to the lead out circuit. In this constitution, a short- circuit current runs on the windings 5 and 5' at the time of short-circuiting of the wiring 3, the fuse 8 is melted, the windings 5 and 5' are turned to an open circuit and almost no short-circuit current is then running because a magnetic flux is not passing the winding 3. On the other hand, as the windings 5 and 5' do not function even when a voltage exists on the winding 4, the function as a main and subsiliary wiring type potential transformer is not deteriorated in its function. Besides, no trouble will be caused even when the fuse 8 is broken while in operation.
