Abstract
PURPOSE:To upgrade the reliability of protection in the entire system of the equipment significantly by composing a tertiary winding of two windings which are respectively wound in an equally axial length in the same location as the master winding and the slave winding of the secondary winding. CONSTITUTION:Tertiary windings 14a and 14b are composed of two windings wound in an equally axial length in the location the same as the corresponding master winding 2 and slave winding 3 and have terminals a1 and b1 and a2 and b2 separately. When the winding 2 causes a short-circuit between terminals u1...theta1, the main magnetic flux passes through a route 6, and bence has little interlinkage with the tartiary winding 14a whereby the induced voltage in the winding 14a becomes zero, while the voltage almost close to the rated level is induced in the part of the main magnetic flux because of interlinkage with the slave winding 3 and the tartial winding 14b. On the other hand, when the winding 3 causes a short circuit between terminals u2...theta2, the main magnetic flux passes through the route 10 and hence, has little interlinkage with the tartiary winding 14b whereby the voltage induced in the winding 14b becomes zero, while the voltage almost close to the rated level is induced in the main magnetic flux because of an interlinkage with the winding 2 and the tartiary winding 14a. This upgrades the reliability in the protection of the system.
