Abstract

PURPOSE: To continuously manufacture the composite wire, by feeding the coating material and the core wire to the engaged circumferential end planes of the hollow- grooved rolls engaging with each other and rotating in the opposite directions, and by extruding thus pressure welded materials through the die.
CONSTITUTION: The grooved rolls 1, 2, provided wiht the hollow grooves 3, 4, at their circumferential end planes, are arranged so as to engage with each other at their circumferential end planes, and are rotated in the opposite directions X, Y.
