Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a homogeneous mixture having excellent quality by a procedure in which the first mixing condition is uniformly fulfilled and then the subsequent mixing conditions including the second one are orderly uniformly fulfilled. CONSTITUTION:In the first mixing process I, part of water amount necessary for the final mixture is added to sand charged through the pipe 15 and uniformly mixed together by the screw mechanism 4. By means of the sampling mechanism 31 and the water separation mechanism 32 provided in the first charging mechanism 1, the valve 15V and 16V are regulated on the basis of measured results. In the second mixing process II, cement powder is added through the second charging mechanism 2, and also in the third mixing process, the remaining water is added in case where mortar is regulated but coarse aggregate, e.g., gravel, etc., is charged through the third charging mechanism 3 in case where fresh concrete is obtained.
