Abstract

PURPOSE: To form a sharp 2-color image free from ground stain in a photoreceptor for 2-color copying having 2 photoconductive layers different from each other in spectral characteristics, by forming the second photoconductive layer as a specified laminate type.
CONSTITUTION: First photoconductive layer 2 sensitive to color light A transmitted by second photoconductive layer 3, and layer 3 sensitive to color light B and transmitting color light A are provided on conductive substrate 1 to form a photoreceptor. Layer 3 is formed by laminating charge generating layer 31, charge transfer layer 32, and charge generating layer 33.
